We practice and train in major lifts such as the deadlift, squat, presses, clean & jerk and snatch.
We help you to master thebasics of gymnastics, such as pull-ups, dips, rope climbing, handstands and presses.
We Improve your ability to perform functional movements, such as wall-balls, box-jumps, running and rowing.
These will be mixed in with your daily Metabolic Conditioning circuits in as many combinations as creativity will allow to always keep you
progressing and shattering your plateaus.
